Incoming Messages
One of the greatest things about sending out text messages is that your customers can reply! When they do, you will see a notification bell in the top right corner. Click on it to see your alerts and select any incoming messages to view and reply.
Replying to Incoming text messages
When someone texts you back, you can open their message and reply easily. The view will show any automatic messages they received as well as any one-on-one messages you have sent. You can also see alongside the chat view basic contact information is available along with a button to view the related waiver for this contact.
When viewing a waiver, you can also jump right to the SMS conversation page. Click on Waiver Tools, then select Open SMS Messages. This option will only be available if the waiver has a mobile number associated with it.
