How to Add Notes to Signed Waivers
Once waivers are collected, you may wish to add notes to them for internal reference. You can use these notes for any internal purpose you need.
To add a note, view the waiver and on the top right, click Waiver Tools. Choose Add Note. Add your note to the provided text-box and click Save.
You can add multiple different notes, and you can also edit existing notes. On each note, click Edit to make changes. Each time you edit a note, the history of that note is retained along with who changed it and when. Click the History link to review the complete version history of each note.
All WaiverFile notes have an extra layer of encryption applied so placing sensitive data is permitted, including medical information that is protected under HIPAA.
