WaiverFile Adds Support for Multiple Waiver Forms
November 9, 2015
We have been hard at working developing new features for WaiverFile and are excited to announce that you can now create multiple waiver forms. If you have different waiver or liability agreements that you accept, you can set up each version separately, each with their own settings, custom questions and more.
Ensuring that WaiverFile is easy to use is a top priority for us. We understand that entering waivers electronically needs to be easy. When you have people in line, waiting to sign their waivers, the process should be faster than filling out paper waivers. We reviewed customer feedback and analyzed the workflow of waiver form entry and we were able to further streamline and simplify the entry process, while adding new features at the same time.
In addition to multiple waiver forms, we have added incredibly user friendly date-of-birth fields. Customers can enter their date of birth in any common format, and WaiverFile will store it in a standard date format. Users don’t have to fumble around with dropdown menus or calendar date pickers. We have also added the ability to collect the date of birth of all participants, even when customers are signing for others such as minors. Note that the date of birth is an optional field that you may or may not require.
We have also added new customization ability to the waiver entry screens. Nearly all text labels throughout the process are editable, allowing you to customize the wording that customers see as they fill out their forms.
What other features would you like to see? Please feel free to contact us anytime and let us know what you think. We’d love to hear from you!
